Masking, I absolutely despise masking.
Like: Walk cycles, VFX
Hate: I don't HATE anything about my line of work.

simple movements (head and arm movements)

Animating when the figures are in enclosed spaces.
Like: Animating LEGO Bricks, studs, etc.
Hate: Animating Minifigures, and Light-flickers.

Love: Camera movements, fight scenes, run and walk cycles (if there are not more than 2 minifigs to animate)
Like: Animating no more than 3 minifigures, animating an unmasked shot
Don't like: Set building
Hate: Masking, animate more than 5 minifigs (I did it once, and I'll have to do it again 
)

Animating a steady minifig
DISLIKE:
Animating a minfig that moves around a lot due to "wear n' tear"
LIKE: fight scenes, hand motions.
HATE: Masking... it takes too long for a less than perfect product for me.
Like: Ease in and out, fight scenes, camera movements, cheese and dialogue.

WHAT I HATE TO DEATH IS: having such a slow animation computer.
