^ You have the black bars because your not a YouTube Partner. If/when you do become one your black bars will not be there when you upload videos.

I wanted to know that because I don´t like it when black bars appear at Youtube, so yeah. I don´t want to crop my films with like yt:crop=16:9 , it looks kind of weird. Thank you anyway.
That has to do with export settings, if you export in HD1280x720 and in the advanced settings it woud probabaly say something like "Preserve Aspect Ratio using:" Don't check that and you'll be fine. I think.
You upload in 1280 X 720 for the 16 x 9 aspect ratio.
If you select perserve aspect ratio by crop you wil have the black lines.
