Topic: The LEGO City Challenge
This contest is a contest showing your skills of building, and arranging your buildings, mini-figs, vehicles, and so on in your own LEGO city. The theme for this first challenge is a normal city. So that means it'll be easier then future themes. Remember, be really creative and have fun! 
Rules
1: Chroma Keying is allowed in which you must at least have 3 buildings, and 5 vehicles.
2: Nothing but LEGO bricks allowed. (Obviously)
3: No cheating in anyway! 
4: Only do what the theme says! 
5: Have fun and be creative! 
The winner of the challenge is decided on how well you show your skills of building, and arranging your buildings, mini-figs, vehicles, and so on.
Prize:
The winner gets to pick the next theme, and if wins that one, he/she can only do it once more. So you can only win 3 times.
