You know what I did, I looked through all my old posts. I was SOOO immature. I'm glad I'm past that stage. Hopefully.
How come the name of the Contest And Community Projects was changed
The LEGO Movie Project's script will actually be sent into The Doctor this week (could've been finished earlier, but I went on vacation and didn't have time to put it together), and I believe he had expressed interest at some point in turning it into a BiM community project.
I know a lot of people here weren't too interested in it, but I think the fact that we finished a feature-length script for a Community Project should at least somewhat increase people's faith in it.
Concerned Gorilla is concerned.

I remember reading the outline and my impression is that it's one big story, that hasn't worked out well for past community projects. Plus I imagine it'd be difficult to get people psyched about filming a script they had nothing to do with the process of writing. You all are welcome to try to get it off the ground in this forum but I'd probably be apprehensive about "officializing" it unless I see evidence of substantial public interest in the project. I am inclined to think from previous examples that maybe smaller group projects, made with people one knows and trusts not to drop out, is a better way to go with collaborative films than, say, a site-wide effort that anyone can sign up for.
I think it was closed on accident. I re-opened it. I thunk there is an events things that allows Smeagol to see stuff like this...
EDIT: Looks like I'm the one that closed it
I should stop going on BiM with my iPod, I've closed several threads on accident now, haha.
