It's pretty common. A phone of mine went through the washer once and I put it in rice, but alas it was thoroughly washed and I had no success.
Rice didn't work when I jumped in a pool with mine.
My laptop has survived coke spills... Not sure how it still runs.
Went to Rock Werchter yesterday, it was freaking awesome!
I went to see The Black Keys, Alice in Chains, Vampire Weekend, Them Crooked Vultures (somehow they blew me away 0_O), half of Pearl Jam and of course the amazing Arcade Fire!!! (they were the best imo)
Couldn't take any good pictures though, they were to far for my camera 
But I had a good time

The reason why Them Crooked Vultures blow you away is quite simple:

I've got auditions for a musical today.

I bought Assassin's Creed today, and it's frikken awesome so far. Nothing like spending the evening assassinating vile overlords and black merchants.
Niiiiice, that game is cool 
The only time I ever played it was at my cousins house about two years ago. Of course I didn't go all stealthy to assassinate my targets, the only way for me was to go into his castle hacking and slashing every guard in site.
Well, now that all my friends have gone on holidays and I'm on my own for a couple of weeks, I might as well get down to brickfilming
