What a disc. It's a kids movie.
But writing a letter in was a little extreme. I mean, I've watched the news before and seen some shocking reporting and thought to myself, "Gosh, I've got to let them know this sucks," but I always forget about it after 2 seconds of the next segment.
Don't bother, a lot of people have tried that kind of thing before...
Anyways...
The Book of Eli
Not bad, but gets a bit hokey towards the end (I didn't really buy the "twist"), and the concept of the movie itself is a bit lame.

The Hurt Locker
It was okay. I didn't love it, but it was pretty good.
I kind of feel like people give Armond White a lot of flak for a certain number of popular or critical favorites that he hates, but don't notice the times when he agrees with the majority opinion. Some of his choices are really dubious, but I feel like I can see where he's coming from.

I don't know if this is a horror film or a horror parody.
But I love it on itself and is a great edition to every horrorfans movie collection.
btw: why reference to your own old movie all the time Craven ?

To young to die!
One of the worst drama's I've ever seen, all the acting was HORRIBLE (although Brad Pitt was ok).
I didn't give one s**t about the lead character.
You just end up laughing at her misfortune.
They really GOT to me more on a "humorous leavel than a "care" level

One Million years B.C.
It was ok I guess, the stop motion effects by Ray Harryhausen were a geek-fest to me. The acting overall was ok and Raquel had nice !@#s showing.

It's not that I have a problem with Armond liking or disliking certain films, it's the actual nature of his reviews. With him, there is absolutely no middle ground, either he loves a movie or hates it. Plus, his actual film analysis tends to be completely asinine.
A few choice quotes:
True art is watching hot-chick Megan Fox (as Lilah the hooker) fearlessly staring at the most grotesque side of Jonah’s face as if coming to grips with her own exploitation. Beautiful and brilliant.
As a middle-aged, small-time wrestler living in a New Jersey trailer, Rourke’s Randy “Ram Jam” Robinson tells his estranged daughter, “Now I’m an old, broken-down piece of meat, and I’m alone and I deserve to be alone. I just don’t want you to hate me.” Jason Statham voiced more eloquent regret in Death Race; Ram Jam just wants pity.
Filmgoers who think outside the artmovie box will discover that the artful and enjoyable Next Day Air offers an episode of 21st-century black American life that August Wilson never got to.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is more proof [Bay] has a great eye for scale and a gift for visceral amazement.
Leterrier certainly shows a better sense of meaningful, economic narrative than the mess that Peter Jackson made of the interminable, incoherent Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Reece’s movement from politesse to self-interest disproves the old maxim “the personal is political.” Since 9/11, the new reality is that geopolitics is violence. Reece and Wax bond over chess and guns, strategy and violence—a more informed quintessence of war than The Hurt Locker.
(I should note, he gave a positive review to The Hurt Locker)
Forget the Oscar bait, Transporter 3 is the only movie you need to see this season.
Ballast (another Frozen River, wallowing in the miseries of the underclass) is designed to provoke bourgeois moviegoers’ pity.
Through B-movie audacity, Statham and Anderson heighten Death Race into a skull-crusher and a mind-bender. But you’ll need a keen movie sense to recognize their underappreciated talents.

Yesterday I watched 5 Movies:
Evil Dead
For a low-budget, that horror film was great.

The Hills Have Eyes
That film failed to make sense to me in the beggining, but as it
went on I finally realized everything that was going on. It was good,
but 'Last House on the Left' was better.

I watched the first half of Braindead/Dead Alive on YouTube but was kicked out of the school library before I could watch the rest.
Probably not the best place to watch it.

Nah, had earphones. Although I doubt people would have minded hearing "I kick arse for he LORD!" while they're trying to study.
But dammit I need to see this film soon. My internet at home is so slow it would literally take a day to load it on YouTube.

I just watched the old Karate Kid. I have no complaints at all.
Shrek
This movie should have sucked. But...it....just......doesn't. Donkey could have been annoying, but for some reason is hilarious. It could and should have been terrible, but its just GENIUS
The second is better though 
The third was OK but not nearly as good, and the fourth looks terrible.
