Is there actually two of you? You could sing some duet.
The easiest songs are kids songs (like you sing around a campfire i.e. "She'll Be Comin' "Round the Mountsin" or "Be Kind to Your Web-Footed Friends"). Is that what you mean? Of course, there's always "Jingle Bells!"
Oops, just saw you said "suspenseful." There aren't many kids songs that fall into that category! What, exactly is a "suspenseful" song anyway? How about just da-da-da-ing the theme to the old Dragnet show or Mission Impossible?

What about just using real music?

What we meant was we wanted suspenseful scores for our films to make them more suspenseful & serious.

Sure!
I agree with MOL. It sounds like what you should use is real music. Anything you sing is going to sound more goofy than suspenseful.
Real music doesn't necessarily mean "copyrighted music".
make one yourself, then...
...uhmm, bad idea. Incompetech.com has some good royalty-free musics. Or maybe you could ask to someone that knows how to make soundtracks to make one for you.
