I need people to play

Dave: A stupid 12-year-old who beats a hobo with a stick.
Hobo: A 123-year-old hobo who tells the story of a robber: Old, musty
Teller: Bank teller: Kinda high, like a teen in puberty
Chuck: Cop
Lou: Cop, rough, deep
Kevin: Cop

I really want some DIFFERENT voice actors mini/dizzy

It looks to offensive and by the way hobo's die around five years on the street. 123 year old on the street? they have retirement homes.

Are there any qualifications? As in what would the cop sound like? Rough, girly, some more information would be nice. (on all of the characters)
