looks a bit grainy.
A bit out of focus. And when did you get your name copyrighted?
If you look at the first page, the user said to copyright your picture so that no one else could use it. Second, it's just a bad camera. We've been trying to get a new one for years.
Just writing TM after your studio name doesn't automatically make it your trademark. You have to go register it first. Anyway what I assume he meant by putting a' Copyright' on it, was to put your name on it so that if someone else uses it you still get the credit. A bit like on my signature.
That's our way of doing it, dude. And yes, we know that technically you have to go to congress and all that mayhem to get it copyrighted.
I am not an expert on US law but isn't congress where you pass federal laws not get stuff copyrighted. I read this and it turns out that you can put a TM on an unregistered Trademark but that ® is reserved for registered trademarks only. In Hong Kong and some other places across the world it is illegal to use ® without registering it. But I don't really see the point in putting a TM on anything anyway.
I'm still making the first scene... I should've just built the background, now I wouldn't be working so much with the bluescreen. ![]()
What keyer program do you use?
I use Final Cut Pro.

Hello moderators!, mega clue here, a guy actually promoting himself being a n00b.

Oh am I not aloud to talk about a subject that is within the site rules and in a public forum?
And as we are pointing fingers, saying 'shut up' in a thread like that is trolling. So how about you stop promoting yourself as being a troll?
Thank you for starting an argument and have a nice day.
Guys. This is a place to talk about your entries. Not arguing about copyright. Talk about your entries or have a private message fight. Come on.
Sorry lighthouse.

You might want to just call it a day in some of these arguments, tdogg. You're the one who is coming across as a troll here. Consider yourself warned.
