Whoah, really? I can't be bothered looking it up, but I'm sure Superman went easy on him, Batman can get pretty angry when his ego slides down.
No, one time, Superman was under mind control by Lex Luthor, so no easy going there.
One of the times, it was Batman vs the whole damned Justice League.
It's because with all those powers, they all have weaknesses, but Batman is just an ordinary guy, he has no real weaknesses, except human boundaries.
He's just that awesome.
Batman gets his hands on some Kryptonite, he wins.
