No I meant I don't wanna use that program and if anybody think's this tell me!
How about you tell us exactly what you want for your set up and we will give you advice on what to get?
I did.
And I don't want to get into an Argument.

EDIT: I saw your video's that explains why you said that. But seriously Sony Vegas for stop motion?
I find it easier.I find it stupid.
Shut up Chuppa. If someone finds a certain software works for them and animating, you have no right to judge that.
I currently use Stop Motion Pro, education version, v6.5. I am looking to move to Dragon Stop Motion though, as it looks a lot more fully featured for the price.
Both of these cost money however, and I gather that you're not prepared to shell out for software, in which case I recommend Monkeyjam,

Well I might buy something when I go to BestBuy or HHGregg i'm gonna probably buy something.....
That's ok.
Both of those pieces of software I mentioned cost over a couple of hundred dollars. You really should practice some animation first using free software such as monkeyjam, to make sure you're not going to lost interest in animating.

Agreed. Also with Sony Vegas Pro and Stop Motion Pro you can download a free trial to try these pieces of software and see if you like it.

It is not stupid at all it allows me to edit my projects all at once. All monkeyjam does is places all the pictures in one track and you need to render it and then edit it on another program and the render it again which is a total waste of time.

I totally disagree. Monkey jam has a function that increases the image quality when capturing the shots; I find it very useful. There are also some other functions in monkey jam that make it my favourite. Being able to preview your work as you animate is something you cant do unless you have stop motion software. Also I don't believe that you can make anything with Stop Motion Pro trail, because when you export the film it has a watermark across the screen.
monkeyjam gives us good quality, helium frog gives us crappy quality but is faster than monkeyjam... I prefer monkeyjam because of its good quality ![]()
And MonkeyJam can choose the framerate because it's made for stopmotion while Vegas is made for editing so can only do about 8 frames per second.

Ah I must disagree, Vegas can go up to 29.97 FYI, though I like SMP IMO, if you have 138 dollars in hand, (if 300 youre REALLY in luck
) Then go for SMP Action! Plus. But if you can only afford like 70 dollars go for Action! its a good one but Action HD is if you have the moneyz D:

I am not shore why anyone would pay for software when you can get good freeware.
Because you can get better software when you pay for it. (general rule)
Hoe much does it cost to install boot camp on a mac?
worth it too, if you can't afford a PC
