Ok i'm looking for a Stop Motion Animation Program.
It must have a Customizable FPS thingy....
And be able to put picture's in it instead of having to use a Webcam to upload them directly.
Anything with those is ok with me!

Oh yeah don't talk to me about WMM I have that and am looking for another program....

Anyone who recommends WMM must have a serious brain injury.
But as seaforce110 said Monkey Jam is very good.

I find it easier.

I would also go for MonkeyJam, but make sure you take a look at helium frog.
I find your lack of calm disturbing...

Anyways, I have not tried HeliumFrog so I don't know if you can import frames so you may have to do some research but MonkeyJam definoutly can import the frames.
Helium frog can, but it's not ideal.
I'd reccomend MonkeyJam in your case.
I would also go for MonkeyJam, but make sure you take a look at helium frog.
