I laugh every time I see the title of this thread.
But yeah, TDogg and Splash both have good links. I'd go with that.

Checked out that GimpKnowHow guy. I don't really like the tutorials. It sort of seems like he's just doing the effect rather than explaining. It's so hard to understand his work.
Techtonicc has some pretty cool and easy to understand tutorials.
