One guy on YouTube just subscribed to me and said on my channel a little while ago "sub me", but then I left a rather nice response says that I'm sorry, but I don't really do that whole sub4sub thing. Then he got really mad and he unsubscribed and blocked my comment from being showed on his channel. Typical YouTube no-lifer.
so i plan on being a partner (i know i don't have enough views) but when i have music by ohh lets say Lady gaga, and i include her name and song name is that considered copyright when i know you can't have copyrighted material to be a partner....

But to answer your question, yeah it is still copyrighted even if you give her credit. You can't make money off of videos with copyrighted material.

You can still be accepted to the partnership program if you have copyrighted material in some (not all) of your videos.
I'd try to get into the partner program, but I didn't.
