That's a great movie. Also, Michael Mann produced Hancock, so I saw it as a possibilty.
Oh really? I didn't know that. Although I read the original script once and it was definitely a lot more like something Mann would make. It was certainly a lot better than the sort of standard Hollywood fair that was eventually released. If it's still kicking around online you should take a look.
Should be fairly easy. An awesome movie in my opinion.
