Wow are you serious? Can the deadline be on a Sunday or something? I just found out about this and I only have time to animate on weekends.
Nyarp!
This theme has potential of getting a lot great entries, it could be a good idea to move the due date up a bit, not to leave anyone out. It's a fantastic theme.
ohhh man.....
YES YES YES YES YES YES!
I have made an entry: http://vimeo.com/11880142
That's the shorter version containing just the wall jump. There will be a longer version with a (loose) plot up on YouTube tomorrow (hopefully). I just wanted to get that out just in case something bad happened and I missed the deadline.
it kinda looked like he was dance sliding in mid air from wall to wall. great entry though
I'll enter this week if I have time. School is eating me up.
Fantastic, dude! I can't wait for your entry.
Sa-weet! Currently UniLego is by far my favourite upcoming brickfilmer, with VimStudios and AncientEngine close behind!
huh...i'm gonna lose anyway so i might as well cast in my entry already http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cy8nqDyr1bg
Mine! WARNING: VERY RUSHED

First of all, I animated it at 9:00, so it wasn't perfect at all. Also, remember this challenge is purely about animation, if I wanted to I could have kept the shadow, but I rushed it too much to care about the shadows. But I think I did quite good on the turns, but the jump was terrible (it was intensley hard to animate with all those walls so close together and going so high up!) Anyways, I hope your eyes don't burst after watching this.
^^bro, you think that's a small space? I animated in between the width of 6 STUDS. CHECK IT IN THE VID.
My entry: Spider-man Saves The Day!
edit: lol btw, I liked your entry, BG.

Well, three guesses who's going to win this time again.
Not trying to be mean to you or your video (every aspect of which was awesome by the way), but once you enter the competition's basically all over. I think it's great that I get to watch videos with that great animation, but when everyone says stuff like "you should just work on imporving your animation then", it's kind of annoying because it takes a LONG time to get your animation as good as filmyguy's.
But even though it was only six studs, there was basically no wall between him and the open set, so you can reach in easily through the wall. My set was unnessicarily big, so it was hard to fit my hands in there (don't you dare make a messed up joke about that anyone.)
Edit: Favorited your animation filmyguy. It was so extreme that I couldn't resist signing in just to add it to my favorites.
