I may sound n00bish making a topic in THIS forum, but do you guys do voices or animation first?
I've always done voice first so I can be more exact in my dialogue animation but after checking fimyguy1's facebook it seems he does animation first.
I'm always making voices first, so I can match the sound with my animation.
I just find it simpler. It depends though.
Voices should really be done first - you can choreograph the movements to the words that way. Otherwise it's just lifting arms to show who's talking (which I try to avoid).
I do the voices after I film. I don´t know why; it works, so I won´t stop.

That's what I thought, my n00b friend thinks it was animation first. Now I can rub it in his face.
But it still leaves the filmyguy1 mystery...
I used to do the voices first, but it always sounded rushed. I now do it the Mel Blanc way.
(and if you don't know who Mel Blanc is, you are a very ignorant person
