CSS = Cascading Style Sheet, it's a programming language used for creating themes/styles on websites.
Compatibility = If you don't know what compatible means...

IMO, Google Chrome is the best. It's not as cluttered up at the top, you can pull the tabs off into new windows, and you can change the design of it to something other than default. I also like the previous page abilities; it's easier for me to hold down the button than click on a tiny arrow to get further history. I also like the bookmarks, although if the transparency isn't perfect, it doesn't look good.

I also have some funny school *moments*. My friend has a teacher named Bob! So Bob gives the assignments but it were the wrong ones, so my friend says: he's not quite bobtimal maybe he has to go to the bobtician
