I have one in mind, but I'll need to ask the author.
It is a metal version of the Doctor Who theme.

Trust me, this really fits the style of the series.
The Protector is a lot more violent than The Doctor, but then Katie Green has to calm him down.
How long do you intend this thing to be? It seems...interesting.
Each episode should be somewhere around 3 minutes at the shortest, to 12 minutes at the longest. These are very rough estimates as I have not yet completed a script.
There will probably be around 13 episodes in each series.
now that I heard the theme I'm officially interested in this.
I might be able to do some FX for this. Might.

I've just started a script for an episode called "Ghosts in the Machine".
here's an idea, back in the old days doctor who episodes were about 25 minutes long and each story was made up of 4-6 episodes, and every episode ended in a cliff hanger (except for the final part of the story). so you could in theory keep it like the old days and write a simple story which only used 3 or 4 sets and only a few actors. this would also lower the production time and cost. If you watch some of the really early Dr whos you will see there is very little special affects and no CGI but they still work. anyway so ultimately each series of your Dr who could be like a mini 'solitary' where each episode is the next part of the story. You could film it like a 40 minute film and split it into 4 parts were each part ends on a cliff hanger.
or alternatively you can be ambitious and try to match the fast paste modern Dr who but I don't think it will turn out as a good brick film, i would rather watch something that is creative and well written.
p.s. and for the love of god don't use that awful alien from the space police set.
p.s.s I wouldn't mind writing an episode, I have a few ideas.
Which alien is the "awful" one? There've been 9 so far and there's 3 or so new designs coming out relatively soon.
I wouldn't mind maybe looking into possibly considering scripting one.

For once I agree with Tdogg, that is an 'awful thing' 
Awful or not (even regardless of what layer of awful it is), it'd really fit in a LEGO Doctor Who world, though.
