for bullying I think, it was something like that.
Bullying means that the video directly targets you and victimises you. Cyberbullying and that. The character was swearing at his mum, not the viewer.
This shouldn't have been deleted.

That's just another way of YouTube saying that they took the video down pretty much, although it still says that if you actually took it down.
I hate to say it TDogg, but this is the internet. The video wasn't aimed at you personally, or even at you in any way, so why do you take it so offensively if someone swears in a video? Sure it's not really that great because of it, but it was meant as a joke and isn't really meant to be taken seriously.
well if you read the credits it swore directly at the viewer I don't know why I flagged it and I probably wouldn't if I was to come across it again, but I wasn't in a good mood and that just got me more angry. I think it could be due to the kids cockiness as well, there's something about him that makes me want to slap him around the face (if you get what I'm saying).
Just give the kid a break TDogg. 
It's seems like a WHINEHOLE ALERT to me. 
Maybe the vid was swearing at you in advance because you got it deleted. I wouldn't see why not.

TDogg, admit that you were wrong and throw in the towel. The video sucked, but you can't flag a video for sucking. The link went with a warning, you clicked it, and you were offended. Don't click links that contain swearing if you are easily offended.
I'm not easily offend at all, I personally swear like too much my self. and I admit that I was wrong to flagging it however I'm still glad I did.

I like to have fun but when people start swearing at me like they did in the credits, I get angry. its certainly against the terms of you tube anyway.
Sounds like you do get offended easily.
