Generally, 'yellow' bulbs are better for filming than 'blue' ones. Blue will give your set a cold, outdoors feel which is fine if that's what you're going for. Never mix yellow and blue bulbs unless you've got a very good reason.

You want to try not to mix and match your lights; either use only halogen or only fluorescent. Halogen, being incandescent, gives off a warm, orange light, whereas fluorescent is a cooler, greenish light. And among them, halogen would be the better choice, as it is likely more consistent (less chance of flicker) and a more pleasing form of light generation overall.

And if your camera allows you to change its white balance, you can make sure that your film doesn't look orange or bluish-green.

If it's just a 60 or 75 watt bulb, there shouldn't be any problem. Though obviously don't put the paper right on the bulb; allow it some slack.
