I always had this demo for Toy Story 2 on PSone, it wasn't particularly good though.
Bungie has partnered with Activision!
This may sound bad, because now Bungie could go the way of Infinity Ward, but that isn't true
Activision doesn't actually have rule over the Halo franchise, they just have the ability to publish all of Bungies games for the next ten years.
AND, they will be having games for multiple consoles, MULTIPLE consoles!
This could mean Halo is eventually coming to the PS3.![]()
Not having Halo on there is one of the main reason I play PS3 and not Xbox.
I predict a flame war... ![]()

*Cracks Knuckles*
FLAME WAR!

Okay.
Don't get me wrong Halo is a good game and certainly isn't crap by any standards. But the amount of hype Microsoft has made for it over the years is overwhelming.
People are buying it like iPod's; because it is considered cool. People keep calling it the game of the decade and game magazines keep praising it because everyone else does.
But have a think, is it really that different from any other sci-fi game on the market?
No, you play human space marines who protect Earth from an invasion. Its been done millions of times before. People just think that its that one game to get because Microsoft decided to have a mascot game for their console and choose that. Therefore they have put millions into advertising so you buy it.
Because of this the online is full of younger kids who really shouldn't be playing it, and they totally ruin the online experience by being immature.
So yeah, that's my rant for tonight. ![]()
I have listened to your response and prepared mine.
Most people buy it for the multiplayer, in fact, many haven't even touched the campaign.
I would agree with you on the hype, but to be honest there wasn't that much advertising involved, it was the hype of the fans and the fans alone.
It is REALLY different from dead space.
IGN named it the "one game to buy", not microsoft.
All little kids who play that need a good heap o' GET OFF! ![]()
I'm glad you agree with the little kids being on there, a lot of the hype does come from them though.
And yeah, I didn't really like Dead Space that much either to honest.
But if you want to play it, go ahead by all means. Enjoy paying for your online 'privileges.' ![]()
Lol "privileges"

I've never played dead space, I just know it scares the living heck out of people.
Yeah its one of those games where it isn't 'jump out at you randomly' scary but more so the atmosphere is really creepy.
This could mean Halo is eventually coming to the PS3.
Microsoft own Halo.
Bungie split from Microsoft back in late 2007. But that doesn't necessarily mean that Halo is only their property, srry Duke. ![]()
Yeah, your right
(curse you Microsoft)!
But they definatly said "multiple consoles" so if they aren't releasing Halo for PS3, then they will most likely release other Bungie awesomeness on it.
This to me seems likely because Halo Reach (from what i've heard) is the last of the Halo series.

You know this whole thing is almost the same as the Call Of Duty argument ![]()
Killzone 2 owns Halo3.
