It's not a completely ridiculous idea. I know that a group of people once set out on a quest to recreate the whole of Star Wars Episode 4 in LEGO (I don't know if they're finished yet - I can't find their website).
Another website split that same episode of Star Wars up into 30second-1minute bits and got people to recreate those bits however they liked. The result was mediocre - some fantastic clips were let down by a large number of bad quality ones.
The goal of this project it's to have fun ! If the results are mediocre at least it would be an life experience, if not, we'll do anything after that 
So nobody's intersted

That looks very well set up! The lighting will be hard to keep consistent on the truck though, won't it?

Has anyone taken scene number 21. I'm a bit interested. Can't promise anything yet though. When is the deadline? I also think you should assign minifigs to characters to make them familiar, so you can see who's who.
Nobody has taken scene #21 yet for the minfigs I don't think they'll be a big problem and that'll help the contrast, well I think 
So how many people are currently part of the project and where did they come from?
Are you going to approve of the animation first? For example, if the beginning is very nice with smooth animation and good quality, then it switches to a 1 fps scene with low quality, it would ruin it.
I may have read this over, but, I think there should be tryouts for each part.
There's 6 french people counting me, on the moment, and the goal isn't to do a wonderful movie, it's just a fun experience that's all. And if some parts are too bad I'll search other people, but at the end, not a the begining.
When is the deadline?
And the deadline is in october.

Cool ! Don't forget that scene 21 is : The hunter and Ellie must crosing a mini jugle + the hunter dies by the claws of the velociraptors + the reunion between Ellie and Grant (14s.) (3min32 : 01:33:37 –> 01:35:27 + 01:40:20 –> 01:41:28 + 01:42:50 –> 01:43:04). I'll try to send you this week-end the video & audio of the sequence.

Hi, this is my new account. I remember you got in touch with me through Youtube,(I am known as legoheadbond) asking me about this. I am quite interested in scene15, although I also like the raptors in the kitchen scene. I will definately try to do something towards it.:)
