My video layout has been switching between three different things now. The alternate one is the old one with the volume to the left of the slider instead of to the right.

You know, I think its rubbish that when I complain about Youtube's shameless advertising scheme, people give me all the usual stuff like: "the server must hold over a hundred thousand million gazilabites" and "they need the money to employ staff to sue us".

But if Youtube is so poor and needy, why do they CONSTANTLY update the design which no doubt costs them money? Surely they have too much money? I'm sure if they stopped needlessly updating the design and only did it when necessary (and each update gets more and more needless) they wouldn't need to advertise so much.

You guys honestly don't like anything changing, do you?

The new player isn't great, it hasn't changed much. But it sure as heck looks nicer than that other player they had... honestly that old player looked like it was designed in the awful dark ages of the web, the 90s. The new volume position also makes more sense.
