Ive been working with Ease In Ease out a lot lately, and its not coming out well, Im going to try and get a test up soon and see if anybody can help.
I dont really know what Im doing wrong, I followed the amazing FancyPants tutorial and its still not smooth, Im going at 15 FPS and even using the same programs as FP! 
maybe your adjustments are too big or small. In the Tutorial, he told you how speed depended on movements.
Just remember to start out slow and end up slow. Keep trying! 
Practice makes perfect.
