I like Dr007's Piano Man, not to mention basically everything by Lechnology.
same i adore Lechnology's films
I really liked Apologize by Lechnology. Piano Man was good as well.
I like all Lechnology's work, and I think that JamesW and Leonardo do great also.

Same. I always use that as the standard that I shoot for. Amazing sound, perfect story, and a great "LEGO feel."
Not made by a fan, so perhaps this doesn't count, but Raiders of the Lost Brick by LEGO is pretty slick.
Men O' War was brilliant. It is so detailed in every way.
James W makes very good CGI as well. His Star Wars CGI brickfilm he's making is going to be awesome! 
I adore all of Lechnology's work, and JamesW's stuff blows my mind. There's a series on youtube called -Finally A Lego "Pirate, Western, Space ect." movie- here's one of them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpCWOyT8hrU I think they're quite good.
