LeoCAD's library can be out of date. They recently update it to include the more recent Ldraw parts library. Are you using the most recent version of LeoCAD?
Yes I am, It sez there are no new avalible parts. Oh I see were do I put the new parts that you gave me?
The LeoCAD piece library may not be up to date (even though it looks like it was recently uploaded). I usually just download the unofficial parts library from ldraw.org. It has all the official parts plus unofficial ones that ldraw hasn't approved yet.
You should be able to import everything from the parts library. (File> Pieces Library Manage... File> Import pieces...).
Are you using Blender? Because if you are, you can skip LeoCAD all together and use Blender's ldraw importer plugin to import ldr/mpd files directly to Blender.
I don't know were to put the importer.
