That'd be gimp, but then you'll have to edit every single frame... I don't know any other software for mac.
Gimp is a bit of a pain ..but then it is free I guess :-(
the price you pay for free 
Though I got after effects just because it is elab and PI compined and it has a bunch of tuts. Elab has absolutely no tutorials except for their website.
