damn guys the game's been around for ages, it may have orginated on the internet, but just becuase some people on an image board declare it's over doesn't mean !@#$. I've got cousins on the east coast that would have been playing it for over a decade now.

I actually heard it was started by scientists in the nineteen seventy's at a university as an experiment. I read this on Know Your Meme I think.
