Look in the Free Software List, and click on GLueFace. That one is awesome and it's realatively easy.

I think he wants that look Picturesque and Unrenewable had.
but their is no easy way to do that sort of animation without putting alot of time and work into it, if you are willing to do so...
and does glueface work on mac, if so i want to try it ) :
For some reason Papagayo won't work for me, so I need to find another option 
Sméagol used Carrara to make the facial animation in Unrenewable, which takes a long time to learn.
