Does anyone have anything to say about my EPP?
well, it could have a way to protect the driver.
Okay. What would you suggest I use for that? (bear in mind I don't have much recent LEGO, just the odd bit of new stuff here and there).
I like the Model of him but he could have more of a control panel for him in the drivers seat and make it look more like a planes cock-Pitt.

Nice, although by the big number of props you are likely to bump your minifigs, put some baseplates next to it some the minifigs have space

I do think so.
I've made a LEG0 Halo Mongoose in the past, so I decided its time for some LEG0 Call of Duty.
I used the BrickArms AK47 and M1A1 (should be a UMP45). I made the HUD myself in GIMP 
I built the snowmobile off of this image:
I love the use of Brickarms. It looks exactly like the picture fib, fantastic job!
I also re-used the HUD to have a little fun with my sig.
