Wow... Now that you mention it...
That is nothing like Half-Life 2. What made you think it was? The closest thing to a monkey-demon that you'll find is Mossman. She has big hands.
I think I get it now, he might be talking about the Half-Life 2: Riot Act icon.

Riot Act is a free Half-Life 2 mod found on STEAM.

Wait, do you have a mac, or can you get your programs on a bar in windows 7 on a windows computer?
I think hes using a program called rocketdock.
