I suggest ChromaKeyLive '08. Free from zachpoff.com
cool
You can just use iMovie '09 for green screening. All you have to do is click (in the bar up top) iMovie > Preferences > General Tab and then make sure "Show Advanced Tools" is checked. Then, when you drag a movie from your library on top of a clip in the timeline, a menu will pop and, and then you click "Green Screen".
Hope this helped!
imovie09 has chroma key (only green), in youtube you can find any tutorial.
If not I do suggest ChromaKeyLive for free

the imovie one doesn't work for me
