Pretty Sweet.
I love the lazier sword.
Hello, does anyone know when the "Avant Grade" competition starts.
(P.S. I'm new)

Thanks! I found the sword while searching "lego cyborg" on Google. And you can start animating for the contest right now, but you can't submit it until July 20th. Read this thread for more info. And welcome to BiM!! ![]()
So, UniversityOfLego, will you be taking my services, or not?

Sorry to say this dog but it wasn't the idea that you gave me it's something else that i'm gonna call "A world of no music"

Ahh, OK. So my idea is still up for grabs, people!
Just out of interest, did you like the idea I gave you JS?

Course I do!!! I just thought that for a contest like this i was going to have to think of something myself

This was originally my entry - http://www.bricksinmotion.com/forums/to of-a-lego/
But i ditched it.. while listening to instrumental awesome sad music on last fm i came up with a new idea..
Now i got to hurry up write it up (Imagined the entire film in my mind i love imagination)
i know exactly how i want everything just gotta write it up then build sets oh god.. I'm going to probably be still finishign everything up the day before release
this is going to be a tough one to fit in.. set buildings going to be a !@#$%..
I'm pretty sure it fits into the avant garde entry.. Btw the title is..
[TITLE] --- Be nice while you still can --- [/TITLE]
Lol sorry directly from my script file i like to put ['s around everything as you can see by my previous avant garde entry script..
woo! here i go ill be barely scraping deadline.. I hope i can pull this off.. Im going to have alot of trouble building the intricate sets.. i just wasted all my money on a new pc so ill have to work with what i got.. Wish me luck ![]()
Edit: HAHAHAHHAHA YEAH finished my script.. took 2 hours... My eyes hurt from the screen of the laptop..

One nice spring day, Arnold Baker, a 13 year old boy living in England had a craving for chocolate. Once he
got to the candy store he noticed a door which led him to a world made of Candy, but everything is not so
sweet in this dream world...
Greenscreener did that while you were on chat.
. . . your point?

I was just saying. Anyway, it looks cool.
Ahem, any feedback for me? ![]()
It's nice lamplight looks like a peice of clay is on the tip of the gun. I love the sticker bullet holes or whatever that is its awesome. The lighting unless intentional is great
.Love the shot but the green screen wont work with thta kind of lighting ![]()
Haha thanks, BTW, it's not greenscreen! ![]()

Since this thread is almost dead, we have decided to ask a question to all you Avant-Garde entrants out there: How are you going to portray the Avant-Garde font in your film? Will you use the same font as Smeagol used, will you design one yourself, or will you do a combination of them both? Post what your Avant-Garde font will look like!
(We will post ours soon!)
EDIT: Here is ours!
