Topic: Is it impossible to film without a manual camera?

I have a Sony Cybershot DSC T200. As far as I know, there is no way to manually adjust the settings. You can set things like white balance, exposure, etc. but it adjusts  automatically anyway. I made one movie and a couple of tests, but I was really disappointed with the flicker. Is there any way I can get rid of flicker without manually adjusting the settings? Or should I try to get a Logitech QC 9000?

Well, if it is a digital camera, when I started Brickfilming and using a camera like that, I would turn off the flash and it would come out good, just make sure to keep your set well lit.

Nope. If your camera adjusts the white balance, exposure time and other things automatically and you can't turn it off, there's no definite way to make the flicker stop.
