15 fps is the norm around here, but some film at 12 fps or even 24 fps.
I use 15 FPS, like most, but if it looks good we don't mind. 
Although we recommend atleast 12 FPS.
This was an unnecessary question, many youtube FAQs have the frame rate and in other topics there is the 15fps
15 to 20
20 is useless, the most common are 12,15,24 and 30. I recommend 15. It's easier then 24 and 30 and is smother then 12 fps.

Daragh used 20fps for a while and there was a very subtle (but very positive) difference. I cried when he switched over to 15 like the rest of us.
