legostudiosplus, I don't see your film in the queue. This means either it was rejected or it's not in the oldest 25 films submitted. If a film is rejected, you will get a notification sent to you by email automatically.

I've been watching this thread for weeks, hoping you'd just let it drop, but that does it.
I rejected all three. The link to one of them was broken because you removed it from Youtube before we got a chance to review it. One was a twenty-second fight scene with no set, copious light flicker, poor animation with a low framerate, and credits twice as long as the film itself... and has since been removed from Youtube. And the third had a 3 FPS framerate with an incomprehensible story, awful sound, and plenty of set bumps and light flicker as well. If another reviewer wishes to provide a second opinion, the one film still available for public viewing can be found here.
If you put a little more effort into your set design, securing everything, and improving your animation (starting with a higher framerate), I have no doubt that your next film will make it into the directory. But I just didn't think the two properly-submitted examples were of high enough quality to be worthy of inclusion.

Not everything that gets processed gets reviewed. Only "recommended" films are reviewed. If you want to get feedback in your film, that's what the releases forum is for. The directory is more of a long-term, searchable way of looking for films, and the review panel is mostly students who are busy during the school year. The directory queue is up to 123 films right now so it'll take a while to get that cleared out.
What I meant by reviewed is, getting ratings on the right hand side with no additional comments(not getting into the recommended section) and getting reviewed by getting into the recommended section. Thanks for clearing up how much films are in the list though Sméagol

No. Once a film is submitted, it must be processed, before anyone can see it. Then it gets reviewed (sometimes).
That's not exactly right; films are processed and reviewed at the same time. All films are eventually processed - they are either rejected, given the "all films" status, or recommended. Anything that isn't rejected gets "Staff Ratings," but only "recommended" films have a review written for them by a panel member.

There is a minimum rating for entering the ''recommended'' films?
No, it's more of a judgement call on the part of the reviewer... if we think that a majority of viewers will enjoy your film, it gets recommended. If not, it doesn't. Generally, an overall rating of 6 (meaning your film is a little above average) or higher will get your film a recommendation.
