It is a bit cartoony.
Is that a bad thing? I kinda aimed for a cartoony style and you managed to see that. Have a cookie.
Anyway, not bad LMP, though I'm not too fond of it personally. Some bits just look rather thrown together, such as the fact the guy in the middle is completely blocking the "T"
I don't think it's that good; it's far too unclear visually. You can't just throw whatever you want in the frame; there has to be more coherence.
Yeah, I agree. I was trying to make one of those graffiti-looking pictures, but I just didn't know what to put in their, so I put in some grunge and tried to add some of those swirly-light things, but it didn't turn out the way I wanted to. I'm still a bit pleased with it though, I just need some more practice with it. Thanks for the critique.

Thanks, I try to keep my backgrounds very clean, with Phoenix Revolt as an exception because my friend wanted it.
Genesis is my favourite, though. I'm not sure why.
I like that one too. The simplicity of it is appealing, and the eye is drawn right to the words. Good job! 
Here's a gimp project I did for my church's bulletin cover art. The "earth" you see is actually a picture from Halo Reach. I had to edit it a ton, though. I'm rather happy with how it turned out.
