Topic: Were is Remote Capture DC3? Look at the first page before you post!

I have SMP v6.5 junior. But, I want to animate in HD. It costs £175 to upgrade to the Action HD. I have seen that Premier Elements has a stop-motion feature. But does Premier Pro CS3 have this feature (I have CS3 Master Collection)? But the PC with CS3 on it is too far away too animate. I have my gaming PC in my room, next to were I animate. I have Windows 7.
So questions wanting to be awnsered:

  • A) Is SMP 7 worth the upgrade to Action! HD? ANSWERED

  • B) Is Premier Elements any good? ANSWERED

  • C) Is Premier compatible with a Powershot G9, like SMP? ANSWERED

  • D) Do you know were to download RemoteCapture DC3 (Something like that) (Or G9 Remote Capture)? It is Canon official.

  • E) Can you do Stop Motion with CS3 Master Collection? ANSWERED

  • F)Were can I buy an AC adapter for a Powershot G9?

Buying a new student license still costs £250, and elements actually has a stop motion button.

I used to do all my animation in Adobe Premiere. In some aspects, it's better than iStopmotion because you can split and move the sound, pictures and movie and effectively edit the movie as you go along.

I have Premier CS4 (master collection CS4 FTW) and really want to animate in it, but I have the same problem that I had in Sony Vegas. I don't know how to change the automatic picture duration. Can anyone help?

Well I did this with CS3...

It looked quite good. Only watch the first second. If you work out how long your film would be in 15FPS, you speed it up to that duration. To make that easy you drag all your pictures in at the same length, export that. Then import that footage and speed it up to the need be frame rate. mini/wink It's also the fact that if elements can do it then why not on CS3/4?

You can capture frames using Premiere elements. Also Premiere elements is the same exact thing as cs4 just without as many add ons like titles things and such. also elements is simpler. PS I have Premeire elements and cs4.
