Okay, my C-Drive has 22 GB out of 138, and it makes my computer really slow. I have deleted many files, but I still can't find out how to get it back to factory-state. I want everything gone, apart from the backed up files. Is there any way I can do that, just delete everything?
Is this a Laptop?
If its a desktop, install a bigger HDD. What I have is a 80GB SSD and a 750GB 7,200RPM mechanical HDD.

Get a setup disk for XP or Vista or Windows 7 and format the drive, then reinstall the operating system of your choice.
How much would a setup disk cost?

If you ever downloaded anything from Garry'sMod.org, you should consider deleting it all.
Firstly, about one week ago, a bigrumor settled all the Garry's Mod online servers -
''Do not download anything from Garry'sMod.org! Usually they have hidden virusses!''.
Well, I don't belive in that, but who knows?
And they slow Garry's Mod so much down. After I dowloaded 120 Lua-files (Which is all that I downloaded), Garry's Mod started lacking -How much time, does it take you to open Garry's Mod/Half Life?
Secondly, files from servers are usually bad assuming they only really picks up space in your hardrive. Expecially maps (.bsp) and Texture (.text) picks up alot.
(But if you play on the server, as your main server.. I would download... If you're just skipping servers, for finding a good one, I would turn off the downloads.)
And of course, all the stuff on Garry's Mod is big. Untill now, the smallest file I found, was on 1.800KB's roundly.
That isn't much per file, but if you had alot of downloads.. Ugh..
I do not say, that it'll speed your computer and/or Garry's Mod up, These are only suggestions.
And (of course) you choose what to do. We won't, and can't.

The laptop/computer should have a sticker on it somewhere with the factory-installed operating system. Just rent or borrow a disk for the same OS edition and use the code on the sticker.
