My video clip 'LEGO Knife Throw' just went over 1,000 views.
In my three weeks at Youtube I got 15 subscribers and ~200 video views. Hurray! 
i only have 10 subscribers, but most of my videos are crap. My new ones will hopefully be better though.

How do you get youtube partnership? We don't want to have adds on our videos, but we do want the banner and extra modules. Help!

Pay special attention to the qualifications page. Be warned, though, a lot of very deserving candidates have been turned away recently, so don't be surprised if you do, too.

Well, there can be some pretty inappropriate content on those ads, thank goodness for Ad-Blocker Plus.
Is that what you guys mean? Because I think you get to choose the ads you put on your videos.

You get to choose your adds? That might be cool... 
[You don't have to have ads by your videos] - you have to submit a film if you want ads on it. The ads aren't there by default.
In case you're wondering, the form looks like this:

You don't get to choose the ads. They're either chosen randomly or because they're relevant to the video you're watching.
I just hit 600 views...

Exactly, you become rich and famous like smosh, fred, and nigahiga. Then you become too professional and no one likes you anymore. Nigahiga is an exception because I bet his stuff will remain at the crappy quality.
