I want to make a film, but I don't have any ideas. I was thinking something along the lines of Power Miners, but I don't know what to start with.
I have the same problem man.
Why can't you just wait for an idea to suddenly pop into your head?

Watch a whole bunch of random movies, thats how I get ideas.
Get two power miner minifigs and one power miner vehicle. Find something weird or impractical about the power miner vehicle (it's not hard - naked flames in the driving cabin, for example) and imagine the conversation the miners would have about it. Write the conversation down. Bingo.
