Later on in his life. Robin Hood realized that, sneaking in, while trying not to get caught, and stealing from the rich and giving to the poor was just a big fat waste of time. So, he decided to kill the rich, take their money, then kill the poor and eat their toes.

I'm pretty sure that what he's saying is that it's unfair to judge entirely on a reference towards a specific thing. Some of those captions were actually pretty funny.
