Alright, I'm having a few YouTube Problems;
Firstly, When I haven't pushed the ''Start'' Button on my Video-Player, it looks badly like this:

When I start it, It normal, Very clear in Quality.
But unfortuantely, It lacks/Laggs.
And it lacks alot, I've already tried serveral computers in my home, everyone of them are playing in low Fps.
Then I click on another YouTube Channel, The video they have up, Runs smoothely, and in good Quality.
I would be glad, if you could check if it looks like the picture above on your computer, and if it runs smoothely. mini/smile

Your video (Jackpody) looks fine when I watched it. The preview was like that ^ but the rest of the video played fine in good quality.

Yes, But is it lacking?
The film was shot at 15-24 Fps, It's running 6 Fps on YouTube for me..
Also; I found a few more channels with this problem, Also a couple of partners.

Seems okay to me; no lag at all. Perhaps you could try letting the video load completely before playing it?

The low-quality picture is probably the result of some error when the file was uploaded; it seems that instead of a high quality thumbnail, a low quality thumbnail is enlarged and then shown. Shouldn't be a biggie.

Bert, a word of advice: DON'T QUOTE PICTURES! It gets really annoying having to look at the same picture twice.

Oh, It seems like YouTube's tweaking YouTube a little.

Grr. I hate YouTube Changing stuff. In 2005 it started off as A site where users could upload funny videos or Tutorials, but now They are going way to far IMO.

Is this new? As far as I know, the frozen thumbnail has always been low quality on your channel page.

It'd been working for me since I created my YouTube account in '08.
I've been testing 7 of our computers already, all of them has the failure.
