Hey guys do you know any websites that are based in the UK so i dont have to pay for shipping if not then say something else anyway i want to find a website that sells the town plane and cafe corner etc. On lego.com they are sold out.

The town plan and Cafe corner were both LEGO exclusives, meaning they were only ever available from LEGO. You could look on Bricklink, but don't expect to be able to get them cheap

Unfortunately both those sets were discontinued (I called customer service, I wanted to buy those as well). Thankfully I was able to get a new Town Plan lego set on eBay. 
As for the Cafe Corner, I have decided to wait because LEGO is releasing the "Grand Emporium" (pics on brothers-brick.com) in March and that set is built on a "corner" as well. I need to start saving up. 
Wait, The Town Plan's gone?! Dang it!
