Hi, Im having some problems while animating with the batcave. It is the top part, When moving minifigures is there a special way you do so that the chairs dont move about? Cheers

Re-design the chairs so they don't have the spinning part.
Replace the spinning thing with a 2x2 plate.

I use a lot of BluTak in my films, to keep vehicles still in the background etc and other movable objects in place until such time as I want them to move.
Just make sure you use the right amount and that it isn't visible from the camera angle you are using.
I'd follow what Maron said about the 2x2 plate, but if you want it turned already a bit, use BluTack
