I am going to do a car chase video but the only thing that stop's me is the lighting.
When the car is passing the camera then the light goes up and down.
And I got a video that I made long ago so you can know what I mean.

do you have a logitech quick cam pro 9000?
I have a Canon Powershot A470 and 20W,40W lamps
oh, i don't know whats wrong then, when my lighting went like that it was because my exposure was to low
Judging by the video, you need brighter bulbs and to use the manual settings on the camera.
I am not good in english but bulbs? you mean like stronger lights, more Watts? 
Yep. 40 to 60W lights should be bright enough.
maybe it's the reflection from the car into the camera that makes it flicker.
yeah I will try out some things but anyway thanks for the help guys
