Topic: Lighting problem

I am going to do a car chase video but the only thing that stop's me is the lighting.
When the car is passing the camera then the light goes up and down.
And I got a video that I made long ago so you can know what I mean.

oh, i don't know whats wrong then, when my lighting went like that it was because my exposure was to low

Re: Lighting problem

Judging by the video, you need brighter bulbs and to use the manual settings on the camera.

Re: Lighting problem

Yep. 40 to 60W lights should be bright enough.

Re: Lighting problem

maybe it's the reflection from the car into the camera that makes it flicker.

''You don't have to tell him how great is coffee is man!''

Re: Lighting problem

It seems like the camera automatically adjusts the brightness depending on what's in the screen. More of the car = more black in the screen = darker screen = camera adjusting brightness. Make sure to turn off all of your manual settings.

Re: Lighting problem
