I have a webcam that has an auto-focus on it.
It makes animating really hard and sometimes stops me from animating. 
I want to know where to find a good webcam that is somewhat cheap.
Quickcam Pro 9000
or
Quickcam Pro 4000/
9000 is better and newer and more expensive.

Oh, cheap? 'Good' and 'cheap' don't usually go together when it comes to cameras. Either you shell out the money now for a good one, or buy a cheap one now and keep working your way up to a good one, which by then you would have spent more munny than if you had just bought a good one immediately.
Not if you sold your old cameras after you bought them. 
At this point I just want one with no auto-focus.
