Topic: Fury Of The Sith

I need some fellow animators to help me with a movie called Fury Of The Sith. It is going to be a Star Wars film (duh!) with lots of special effects. But don't worry, I can lasers on after effects, though if you have FXHome or PI I may ask you to do some explosions or fire somewhere. What I do need is a few big battle scenes with clones vs. Droids, with a couple of Jedi thrown into the mix if possible. I will also need a few voice actors. The film is about a Jedi who turns to the dark side and it takes place on the planet of Tarinotaa (ta-ree-no-tar) during the clone wars and is the "unseen" side of the clone wars. I have made a start on the trailer but will need a battle seen before I can release it. However, all footage MUST be at 15fps or higher unless it is in slow-mo for extra tension or something. The "Fallen Jedi" has new Anakins torso and legs, a kind of grumpy face, and Mutt Williams' hair. But don't worry, you will only need him if I ask you specifically for a scene with him in. If you do contribute, then your name will appear in the credits and if you are on youtube you will recieve a subscription from either doghundredhound or eclipsecustoms101.

After Effects has rather limited capabilities when it comes to special FX. PI and FXHome are better for special FX, though after effects would win hands down on making movies look pretty. I could probably make a fire preset, but I'm just an eleven year old kid so for now I need help to do fire and explosions. If I can get mum to let me get £75 (UK money) out of my account, then I will get FXHome. But at the moment it's not going to well...

After Effects is for SFX if I am correct.

It might just be that I suck at AE, but I can't make fire or explosions on AE. Lasers I can do, and I can make the movie look really good with after effects, but I just can't do fire or explosions. I'm no visual effects pro; like I said before, I'M ELEVEN!

Dude... I know that YOU'RE ELEVEN, but getting extra software is never going to help, jsut because you don't know how to use a program that does the same thing anyway.

Now do the simplest thing, and look up tutorials. And before you ask, you made a thread about it... why dont you look there.

I know you're eleven, but I'm 13, and in those 2 years difference you don't suddenly get more knowledgable. Use common sense.

There haven't been many posts there as far as I can tell, but I will check there. Also, I have only been using after effects for about 2 months and it's on my dads computer so I don't have many chances to use it. But thank you for your advice. mini/smile

you can make him fall to the dark side in a jedi academy and kill all the other jedi or he can fight dooku whie inmersed in the dark side
