Topic: How do you get the timing right for talking?

I use WMM(for title, credits, and music/sound. I usually use MJ), and when I tried use voices in my video, I hardly had time to say on one word. Any good programs/ suggestions you guys have?:/

A good idea would be to record your lines first, and then figure out how many frames you need to animate to make each line work. There's a handy program called WAVTracker that can automatically calculate this.
